    VIP Closet – $19.99

    • Everything included in the OG Closet plus upgraded space

    • Two VIP styles available:

      • VIP Style A: Extra hanging space for more clothing

      • VIP Style B: Built-in shelves and cubbies for folded items, shoes, or accessories

      • Up to 75 hanging items allowed

    • Premium placement and more visual impact

    VIP closets are limited and go fast—book early to lock yours in!

  • We keep a 20% commission on all sales. We covers credit card fees. You get access to a consignment portal to upload your inventory and keep track of your earnings. You print the tags in the shop.

  • Payouts are issued at the end of the weekly rental via Venmo or check. You’ll choose your preferred method when you book or sign up

  • No. All closet rentals must be booked online to ensure availability and give you instant access to the Vendor Portal. We do not accept in-person or over-the-phone bookings

  • Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Keep an eye on your inbox (check spam too!) for your Vendor Portal link and setup instructions. (Give us a few hours to get you set up in the Portal)

  • Closets must be fully cleared by Saturday at 6pm. Items left behind without prior arrangements will be packed up and a $5.99 take-down fee will apply.

  • Yes, we highly encourage all closet renters to share a photo or video of their setup on social media once it’s ready! Tag us @shopnearthecorner so we can repost and help spread the word.
